What We Deliver

More Than Code — A Complete, Supportable Control Solution

  • 1

Extensively documented. All of our programs are documented so that you know what the program does and can maintain it yourself, if you want.

  • 2

Existing program support. Beyond new development, we maintain programs that others have written — troubleshooting hardware and program problems and making modifications.

  • 3

Turnkey capability. For new projects we provide PLC hardware bill of material and electrical drawings, plus a functional description of the control. With our partner contractors, we deliver a complete turnkey electrical control system.

Our System

Five Steps to Programs That Work — and Stay Maintainable

Our system assures programs do what they're supposed to do and don't do what they're not supposed to do — and that they're easy to understand, easy to modify, and well documented.

  1. Step 1

    Functional Description

A report describing the devices connected to the PLC, the SCADA/HMI screens, the alarms, and detailed control — including all interlocking conditions.

  2. Step 2

    Flow Charts (Grafcets)

Flow charts, which we term Grafcets, are developed based upon the functional description.

  3. Step 3

    PLC Program

Developed from the Grafcets with a one-to-one correlation between program language and flow charts — making it a data entry step.

  4. Step 4

    SCADA / HMI Screens

Operator screens are developed based upon the functional description, so they reflect the process as it really runs.

  5. Step 5

    Bench Testing

The program is bench-tested to assure it meets the functional description before installation at your plant.
