What We Do
We can assist in upgrading your PLC system. We have performed many upgrades for a variety of situations:
◼ Replace a PLC with a newer version from the same manufacturer.
◼ Replace a PLC with a newer version from a different manufacturer.
◼ Replace a DCS controlled system with a PLC.
◼ Replace PC controlled system with a PLC.
Services Provided
◼ Develop a bill of material for the required PLC hardware.
◼ Develop electrical termination drawings for the connections to the PLC.
◼ Convert the PLC program to one compatible with the new PLC.
◼ Convert the SCADA/HMI screens to ones compatible with the new PLC.
◼ Provide a turn key project with our partner contractor.

◼ Replace Modicon 888 PLC with Allen-Bradley RSLogix PLC. Operator interface replaced with Allen-Bradley RSView™ SCADA.
◼ Replace a GE Series 6 PLC with a GE RX3i PLC.Operator interface replaced with Wonderware™ SCADA.
