The Analog Recorder System, developed by Brigger & Associates, is software that logs the values of PLC analog points so they can be displayed graphically at a later time.
Analog Recorder has the following features:
◼ The analog points to be logged can be from multiple PLC's.
◼ The analog points are logged every 10 seconds.
◼ The logged values are stored for an operator specified number of days.
◼ Up to 6 points can be plotted at the same time, each in a separate color and a separate scale.
◼ The time scale for a plot is operator selectable: 30 minutes or 1, 4, 8, or 24 hours
◼ The logged values can be exported to a text file.

Analog Recorder consists of the following applications:
◼ Analog Logger - Windows PC program that reads and stores the analog values in the PLC
and saves them to a database.
◼ Analog Viewer - Windows PC program that plots the logged data.
The manuals for these applications can be viewed using the above navigation links.
◼ The cost of Analog Recorder is $1,200 plus any required taxes. It is delivered on a USB flash drive with everything necessary to install the programs, including installation and user’s manuals.
◼ Note that Analog Logger requires a "Driver" for communicating with the PLC's. The Driver for Allen-Bradley PLC's is their RSLinx Classic OEM software. The Driver for other PLC's, or a mix of Allen-Bradley and other PLC's, is PTC's KEPServer software. The cost of the Driver is NOT included in the above cost. It must be purchased separately. We can assist you in that purchase, at no extra cost.
◼ For an additional cost, we can provide and install a complete system or provide assistance with the installation and configuration. (Phone assistance is free.)
